Dr. I. S. Bobmanuel is an astute litigation Lawyer.
His journey to becoming a lawyer began at the Rivers State College of Arts and Science (now Rivers State Polytechnic) Rumuola, Port Harcourt where he bagged a Diploma in Law Certificate in 1999.
Next, he attended and graduated from the prestigious Law Faculty of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in 2005. He proceeded to Nigerian Law School Enugu Campus and was called to Nigerian Bar in 2008.
In 2022, Bobmanuel has obtained a Master’s Degree (LLM) from the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.
Finally, from the same RSU, he crowned it all with a PhD in law in 2025.
Dr. Bobmanuel has been in active legal practice since 2008 till date. His expertise are in the area of criminal law, matrimonial matters and general law practices. He has special flare for international protection of fundamental human rights laws and election matters. He’s also at home with advising on companies and individuals on real estate and tenancy matters.
Dr I. S. Bobmanuel is a foundation member of pacta sunt servanda (Barristers & Solicitors), and presently he heads the Litigation Department.
His hobbies include playing musical instruments (like trumpet) and outdoor gym exercises.
